About The Position

Bob’s Discount Furniture is hiring a Retail Outlet Sales Associate to help customers find home furnishing solutions at outlet prices and create positive shopping experiences. The position works in a fast-paced showroom and emphasizes customer focus, honesty, teamwork, and consultative selling. Flexible availability is required, including flexibility to work retail hours. The role may be full-time or part-time. Compensation is hourly pay plus uncapped commission. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 to $65,000 annually. The position includes customer-facing showroom work and requires standing and walking for extended periods, moving around the showroom, and lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds unassisted or up to 50 pounds with assistance. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
