About The Position

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Outlet Sales Associate to help customers find home furnishing solutions at outlet prices and create positive shopping experiences. The role is based in a fast-paced showroom and centers on customer service, teamwork, and consultative sales. Flexible availability is required, and the position may be full-time or part-time.

Compensation is hourly pay plus uncapped commissions. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $35,000 to $65,000 annually. Bob’s provides training, learning and internal growth opportunities, and a range of employee benefits.

Requirements

• Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
• Flexible availability to work retail hours.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and move throughout the showroom while interacting with customers.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. unassisted and up to 50 lbs. with assistance.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail or customer service experience.
• Bilingual skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Prior commission-based sales experience.
