About The Position

Bob’s Discount Furniture is hiring a Retail Outlet Sales Associate to help customers find home furnishing solutions at outlet prices and create positive shopping experiences. The role involves working in a fast-paced showroom and using customer-focused, consultative selling skills. Flexible availability to work a retail schedule is required. The position may be full-time or part-time.

Compensation consists of hourly pay plus uncapped commissions. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 to $65,000 annually. Requirements

• Be energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be flexible to work retail hours.
• Demonstrate customer engagement, communication, active listening, sales confidence, organization, time management, dependability, initiative, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Be able to stand and walk for extended periods and move throughout the showroom to interact with customers.
• Be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds unassisted and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
