About The Position

Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Outlet Sales Associate to help customers find home furnishing solutions at outlet prices. The associate works in a fast-paced showroom and creates positive shopping experiences through customer engagement, service, and consultative selling. The role is available full-time or part-time and requires flexible availability to meet retail business needs. Compensation is hourly pay plus commission, with uncapped commissions; expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 to $65,000 annually. Requirements

Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
Flexible availability to work retail hours.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Demonstrated strengths in customer engagement and service, communication and active listening, consultative sales, organization and time management, dependability and initiative, and teamwork and collaboration.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and move throughout the showroom while interacting with customers.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. unassisted and up to 50 lbs. with assistance.
