About The Position

Bob’s Discount Furniture is hiring a Retail Outlet Sales Associate to help customers find home furnishing solutions at outlet prices and create positive shopping experiences. The role is suited to candidates interested in starting a sales career or developing existing retail experience. Associates work in a fast-paced showroom and use a customer-focused, consultative approach to sales while contributing to a collaborative team.

The position requires flexible availability to meet retail scheduling needs and may be full-time or part-time. Compensation includes hourly pay plus uncapped commissions; expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 to $65,000 annually. The stated expected base pay, excluding potential commissions and other incentives, is hourly pay plus commission.
