About The Position

The Sales Associate generates sales on the retail floor by helping customers with their buying experience and delivering exceptional customer service. The role is responsible for personal sales, achieving performance goals and metrics, and contributing to the store’s success and profitability. Sales Associates develop their selling skills and product knowledge in a positive work environment, while representing Purple’s values and sales strategy.
