About The Position

The Part Time Flex Sales Associate at Pandora’s Sevenoaks Shopping Centre store delivers a world-class customer experience, works toward individual and store sales goals, and supports store operations during peak business periods. The associate shares product knowledge, helps customers style jewellery, builds lasting customer relationships, and represents Pandora as a brand ambassador. The schedule varies with business needs and may include few or no scheduled hours during slower periods, with greater availability required during peak times. Hours range from 4 hours per month during slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week in peak seasons. Peak periods include evenings, weekends, holidays, promotions, product launches, and other high-traffic times. Applicants must complete an assessment emailed after submitting an application.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to achieve results as a seller.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization and engage an audience.
• At least 18 years old, with proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift more than 50 pounds, and arrive at work on time.
• Availability ranging from approximately 4 hours per month in slower periods to approximately 12 hours per week during peak seasons.
