About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate works on a retail team to deliver a transformational client experience, build customer relationships, represent the Tory Burch brand, and drive sales. The role combines personal selling and extensive product knowledge with customer service, visual and operational awareness, and a commitment to loss prevention. Team members help customers understand the brand’s philosophy and lifestyle while following sales and operational policies and procedures. The position requires a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts, as well as the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
