About The Position

LoveShackFancy is hiring a seasonal part-time or full-time Sales Associate. The associate provides courteous, knowledgeable customer service and helps clients choose and purchase merchandise. The role also maintains the store’s visual presentation, assists with stock duties, follows point-of-sale procedures, supports store operations, and helps organize in-store and off-site events. This job description may not include all assigned duties and may be amended at the employer’s discretion.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers and provide courteous, knowledgeable service.
• Style clients by recommending suitable styles and sizes, retrieving merchandise from the stockroom, maintaining fitting rooms, suggestively selling, and ordering unavailable items online.
• Return unwanted fitting-room merchandise to the sales floor and ensure merchandise is put back after transactions.
• Follow up with clients about purchases and new product arrivals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards by folding, straightening, replenishing, and correctly placing merchandise.
• Ensure all merchandise, styles, and sizes are represented on the sales floor.
• Assist with shipments, markdowns, and transfers as needed.
• Follow point-of-sale procedures when ringing up sales, including 100% client capture.
• Keep the cash wrap neat, organized, and stocked with daily supplies.
• Answer the phone and assist clients with their needs.
• Help organize in-store and off-site events, including setup and breakdown.
