About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drives sales. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, creating a memorable customer experience through selling skills and product knowledge, and communicating the brand philosophy and lifestyle. The associate also follows sales and operational policies and procedures, contributes to visual and operational work, and supports loss prevention while collaborating with the store team.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that meets business needs, including overnights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and perform physical activities including carrying, pushing, pulling, squatting, kneeling, twisting, turning, climbing ladders, crawling, reaching, bending, and standing for extended periods.
