About The Position

The Sales Associate helps customers find clothing and accessories that match their needs and personal style. The role promotes American Eagle and Aerie merchandise, introduces customers to loyalty programs and brand channels, and supports daily store operations. Sales Associates work across the sales floor, cash register, fitting room, and stockroom while collaborating with team members to achieve store goals. They also help maintain store standards and create a welcoming, positive shopping experience. The position is located in Staten Island, NY.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask while assisting customers and supporting store operations.
• Energetic, team-oriented attitude and interest in American Eagle and Aerie products.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliability, adaptability, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
