Part-Time Retail Seasonal Sales Associate
About The Position
Clarks is hiring seasonal part-time Sales Associates to support store sales and operations. The role involves delivering a positive customer experience, organizing merchandise and back stock, promoting additional products when appropriate, and helping maintain a visually compelling store environment. Associates are expected to represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention and shrinkage procedures, complete assigned tasks, and contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
- Represent the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
