Retail - Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate
About The Position
Clarks is hiring Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associates to support store operations and deliver a positive customer experience. The role includes achieving sales performance goals, providing customer service, organizing merchandise and back stock, merchandising the store, and following loss-prevention procedures. Associates are expected to represent the Clarks brand, complete assigned tasks, and contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
