About The Position

Clarks is hiring seasonal part-time Sales Associates to support store sales and operations. The role involves delivering positive sales performance and customer service, maintaining merchandise and back stock, supporting store presentation and maintenance, and following loss-prevention procedures. Associates are also expected to contribute to a comfortable work environment and complete assigned tasks. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
• Provide impeccable customer service.
• Upsell customers on multiple pairs and accessories when appropriate.
• Exemplify the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
