Responsibilities
- Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
- Work with the sales team to provide the best possible service.
- Greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
- Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
- Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
- Develop product knowledge in fashion and activewear to serve as an expert for customers.
- Assist with projects while maintaining a focus on customer experience.
- Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
- Stock the sales floor every evening.
- Collaborate with management on inventory management.
- Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
- Follow cash control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
- Implement and maintain merchandising and visual directives.
- Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and consistent with the correct visual image.
- Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
