Retail - Part-Time Seasonal Sales Associate
About The Position
Clarks is hiring a part-time seasonal Sales Associate to support store sales and operations. The role focuses on delivering positive sales performance and excellent customer service, maintaining organized merchandise and back stock, and helping create a visually compelling store environment. Associates are expected to represent the Clarks brand, follow loss-prevention policies, complete assigned tasks, and contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues. The position involves standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
- Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.
- Provide impeccable customer service.
- Upsell customers, when appropriate, on multiple pairs of shoes and accessories.
- Exemplify the Clarks brand.
- Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
- Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
- Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
- Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
