About The Position

Riser Fitness, established in 2013, is a multi-unit operator and developer of the Club Pilates franchise system and one of the largest and longest-operating Club Pilates franchisees. The Sales Associate supports the General Manager in meeting the studio’s sales goals and maintaining excellent customer service. The role focuses on sales and customer relations to help provide clients with a positive experience.

Requirements

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills.
Goal-oriented, with the ability to achieve sales targets.
Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
Fluency in English and excellent communication skills in person, by phone, and by email.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficient computer skills.
Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Execute the sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
Meet and exceed sales goals established by the General Manager.
Conduct studio tours with prospective clients to build rapport and facilitate sales.
Learn and communicate information about products, programs, and pricing.
Emphasize and enforce the studio’s objectives as a fitness and wellness provider.
Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quotas.
Participate in grassroots and community events to promote the studio, including health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events.
Help maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
Develop selling skills.
Attend special events and trainings as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
