About The Position

The Sales Associate delivers a transformational client experience, builds the Tory Burch brand one customer at a time, and drives business through sales. The role calls for genuine interest in people, authenticity, fashion and style sensibility, strong selling skills, resourcefulness, collaboration, and commitment to loss prevention. The associate also supports visual and operational aspects of the store and follows sales and operational policies and procedures.

Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, meeting personal sales goals, using selling skills and product knowledge to create a customer experience, and communicating the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers and colleagues. Associates work as part of a team to provide memorable customer experiences and contribute to the growth of the business.

Requirements

• One to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer-driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling and customer relations experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible work schedule that meets business needs, including overnight, evening, holiday, and weekend shifts.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds; carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, turn, climb ladders, crawl, reach, bend, and stand for extended periods.
