About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you are a brand ambassador who creates authentic connections with customers and guides their shopping journey through personalized styling recommendations. You help keep the store beautiful by organizing merchandise and ensuring it is in the right place on the sales floor. You collaborate with your team to create personalized customer experiences and support an inviting sales-floor environment.
