About The Position
Spring Footwear Corp. is hiring a part-time Sales Associate for its Spring Step Shoes team at Tanger Outlets Foley in Foley, Alabama. The Sales Associate represents the Spring Step brand and contributes to a welcoming, high-energy store environment by helping customers find the right footwear and providing personalized service. The role also supports sales, store presentation, inventory management, and e-commerce order fulfillment.
Requirements
- Friendly, reliable team player with a passion for helping customers.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
