Sunglass Hut Sales Associates provide customers with an authentic, fun, and energetic experience while helping them find premium-quality eyewear. They contribute to store success by meeting sales objectives, building customer relationships and brand loyalty, and providing personalized service that supports customer satisfaction. Associates also help maintain an inclusive, professional, and well-organized store environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy.
Demonstrated self-accountability for sales results through selling skills and a drive to meet goals.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Self-motivation and demonstrated ability to multitask and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment.
