About The Position

As a Shoe Sales Associate at Von Maur, you represent the company and contribute to its reputation for customer service. You create a positive shopping experience by building customer relationships, developing product knowledge, helping customers select and fit shoes, and maintaining the department. The position offers a base wage of $15.00–$17.00 per hour, commission, and overtime eligibility. Responsibilities

• Greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank each customer.
• Develop customer relationships to grow business.
• Achieve individual sales and account goals.
• Share product knowledge and information about store services to enhance the customer experience.
• Process POS transactions and enter key account information.
• Assist customers with shoe sizing, fitting, and trying on shoes.
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean department and shoe stock room.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
