About The Position

As a Shoe Sales Associate at Von Maur, you represent the company and contribute to its reputation for customer service. In the shoes department, you build customer relationships and use product knowledge to support customers’ needs and create a positive shopping experience. You assist with shoe sizing, fitting, and try-ons, process transactions, and help keep the department and stock room clean and visually appealing. The role requires availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer.

• Ring POS transactions and enter key account information.
• Assist customers with shoe sizing, fitting, and trying on shoes.
