About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a Sales Associate for its Macy's Shop at Fashion Island. The role represents the brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise effectively, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate serves customers, drives personal sales, maintains product knowledge, and supports store operations and presentation.

Requirements

• Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.
• Strong customer service and selling experience.
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Use effective communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills while working with customers and the merchant group.
• Drive personal sales through relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exemplary customer service.
• Maintain awareness of product information, product lines, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
• Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain proper cash and media accountability at POS registers.
• Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
• Follow and carry out company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
