About The Position

BYLT Premium Basics is hiring a customer-service-oriented Retail Stylist who is passionate about people and will serve as an ambassador of the brand. The stylist is expected to develop product expertise and educate, inform, and outfit customers for any occasion while embodying a “BYLT for you” mindset. This is a temporary position anticipated to conclude on or around January 2, 2027.

Nice To Haves

• One or more years of retail experience.
• Cash-handling skills and experience with point-of-sale systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Maintain a neat and tidy sales floor by folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to BYLT guidelines.
• Keep clientele informed about current promotions and future merchandise that may interest them.
• Respond to customers’ questions.
• Process financial transactions using cash, gift cards, store credit, and other credit and debit cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
