About The Position

UGG Sales Associates create personalized shopping experiences that build customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. They listen to customers, provide recommendations and current product knowledge, and communicate UGG’s sustainability initiatives and social and ethical commitments. Associates model the Service Training Program, greet customers courteously, answer questions accurately, explain the return policy, and provide service to in-store and phone customers while promoting the store and brand image. The role also involves operating the cash register and handling money accurately, checking inventory, keeping products stocked, and merchandising according to Visual Merchandising standards. Associates maintain clean, organized back-stock and employee break areas, including daily vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting. They work collaboratively toward business goals, follow safety and theft-response policies, meet attendance expectations, and notify the Store Manager in advance of lateness or absence.

Requirements

High School Diploma.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission.
Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
Flexibility of schedule and hours to meet business needs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and applications.
Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

Two years of retail store experience preferred.

Follow safety practices and respond to theft according to company policies.
Cooperate with the team to achieve business goals.
Report to work on time and notify the Store Manager in advance if late or absent.
