The Stockroom Associate supports store success by organizing inventory and maintaining safe, efficient stock areas. Working closely with the Stock Lead, the associate receives and merchandises products so customers can find the items they want. The role also supports broader store operations and team business goals. The associate receives, stores, picks, counts, and distributes products and materials. They verify incoming shipments, address discrepancies, and help keep inventory counts accurate. They assemble, pack, and ship merchandise transfers between retail locations or distribution centers; follow stock processes and policies; maintain an orderly stockroom; and handle damaged or mismatched inventory according to company standards. The associate also follows safety and security measures to deter theft. Beyond stockroom duties, the associate replenishes and displays sales-floor products according to visual merchandising standards. They greet customers, direct them to products and store areas, answer questions, and share product knowledge while maintaining a positive attitude and representing the store and brand. They arrive on time and notify the Store Manager in advance if late or absent. This is a seasonal role requiring schedule flexibility to meet business needs. The posted target salary is $18.00; individual pay depends on location and factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
