About The Position

PHOENIX Retail, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate for its Express store in Albertville. The role provides retail customers with a great in-store shopping experience and supports store operations through tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise. Associates maintain an inviting and safe store, process transactions, help resolve customer issues, and promote credit and loyalty programs. The role also requires following company policies and procedures, assisting with product launch changes, and meeting defined availability and physical requirements.

Requirements

• High school education or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of relevant job experience; the posting lists 0–2 years.
• Proficiency using technology, including iPads and registers.
• Availability that meets defined criteria, including nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
• Ability to meet the position's physical requirements.
• Customer service skills and ability to interact with customers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with customers, the sales leadership team, and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.

• Previous retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, checkout, fitting room, and stock room to ensure the store is safe and inviting to customers.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure the safety of associates and customers.
• Assist with product launch changes according to company standard operating procedures.
• Deliver on all aspects of the customer experience model.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately to reduce customer wait times.
• Positively resolve customer service-related issues, determine a resolution or escalate the issue, and communicate issues and resolutions to Store Management.
• Drive credit and loyalty member programs by explaining benefits and encouraging customer participation.
• Assist with additional tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and folding merchandise.
• Perform other essential functions as directed by a supervisor.
