About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you will help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will assist customers with eyewear choices based on their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law; and educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care. You will also maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, respond to incoming calls, keep the store clean and organized, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention. Duties and work practices may vary by location to meet state licensing and credential requirements. Stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Skilled at multitasking and handling a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
