About The Position

This remote Sales Associate role is for people who live in Massachusetts. You will work from home and meet prospective clients by phone and video. Each conversation is with someone who has requested information about life insurance; there is no cold calling. You will help people understand their options, identify coverage that fits their needs, and apply. A Massachusetts resident life and health insurance license is required before working with clients, but it is not required to apply. The company guides hires through the pre-licensing course and state exam, and provides structured onboarding, training, a CRM and client-management tools, and ongoing coaching and development. This is a 1099 independent contractor role paid entirely on commission from completed sales, with no base salary. The stated pay range is $75,000 to $120,000 per year, but earnings depend on activity, consistency, and results and are not guaranteed. The company charges no fees for training or onboarding; any applicable state licensing costs are paid directly to the state licensing authority.

Requirements

Live in Massachusetts.
