About The Position
The Semler Agency is seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in life insurance sales. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity to help individuals and families find life insurance coverage that meets their needs. The agency provides structured training, ongoing mentorship, an established sales system, and lead resources. No previous sales experience is required. Candidates must be licensed in life insurance or willing to obtain the required license. Earnings are tied to individual production, are not guaranteed, and vary based on factors including individual effort, use of training and sales systems, engagement with lead resources, and customer needs in the agent’s chosen market.
Requirements

- Coachable, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
- Licensed in life insurance or willing to obtain the required license.
Responsibilities

- Follow the established sales process and participate in ongoing training and support.
- Develop sales skills while building and managing client relationships.
