About The Position
The Semler Agency is seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in life insurance sales. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity helping individuals and families find life insurance coverage that meets their needs. The role includes structured training, ongoing mentorship, an established sales system, and lead resources to support the development of sales skills and an independent client base. No previous sales experience is required. Earnings depend on individual production; no particular earnings or production levels are guaranteed.
Requirements
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Strong communication skills and a desire to help others.
- Coachable, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
- Licensed in life insurance or willing to obtain the required license.
