About The Position
The Semler Agency is seeking motivated individuals to build a career in life insurance sales. This remote, commission-based opportunity involves helping individuals and families find life insurance coverage that meets their needs. The agency provides a structured training program, ongoing mentorship, an established sales system, and lead resources to help agents develop their skills and build their business. No previous sales experience is required. Compensation is based on individual production; earnings and results vary and are not guaranteed.
Requirements
- Be self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Have strong communication skills and a desire to help others.
- Be coachable, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
- Hold a life insurance license or be willing to obtain the required license.
Responsibilities
