About The Position
The Semler Agency is seeking motivated individuals interested in a career in life insurance sales. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity helping individuals and families explore life insurance coverage that meets their needs. The agency provides structured training, ongoing mentorship, an established sales system, and lead resources to support the development of sales skills and a client base. Previous sales experience is not required. Compensation is based on individual production, and earnings are not guaranteed; results vary based on factors including individual effort, use of the training and sales system, engagement with lead resources, and customer needs in the agent’s market.
Requirements

- Comfort working independently.
- Must hold a life insurance license or be willing to obtain the required license.
Responsibilities
- Connect with individuals who have requested information about life insurance.

- Follow the established sales process and participate in ongoing training and support.
