About The Position

HUGO BOSS is hiring a full-time Sales Associate at Saks in New Orleans. The role represents HUGO BOSS to customers by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise in a compelling way, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate helps customers discover the collections, builds relationships and a client base, supports store merchandising and operations, and follows company policies and procedures. Requirements

Two to three years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent and self-motivated, with attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, is preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers, the merchant group, and others while addressing problems.
Achieve personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base, and exemplary customer service.
Maintain knowledge of product information, product lines, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
Follow and execute company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
