About The Position
The Part-Time Sales Associate supports customers and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on helping customers find appropriate products, providing personalized product and styling recommendations, delivering strong customer service, and contributing to individual and store sales goals. The associate also helps maintain an inviting sales floor, supports merchandising and replenishment, assists with fitting room and customer service needs, and completes stocking, inventory, and backroom tasks. The position requires collaboration with teammates and adherence to store policies and procedures. Hours may vary.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency with Apple products, G-suite, and omni-channel POS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service focus and a friendly, customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.
- High school degree.
