About The Position
The Seasonal Sales Associate works at Hickory Farms retail locations and is employed by Noor Staffing Group, representing Hickory Farms. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Associates proactively engage customers, maintain product knowledge, work toward personal and team sales goals, and perform their duties independently with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a high standard of service. The position reports to the Seasonal Store Manager. This is a seasonal position in a high-traffic retail mall environment, with increased activity during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Local travel to other store locations may be required when additional Sales Associates are needed. The hourly pay range is $15.00–$17.00. Seasonal team members receive a 30% discount on Hickory Farms products. The position is not eligible for medical or other company-sponsored benefits unless required by applicable law.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of ownership, dependability, and initiative.
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and perform continuous movement, walking, reaching, grasping, lifting, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to exert up to 42 lbs. of force occasionally, 25–35 lbs. frequently, and up to 10 lbs. constantly to move objects.

Responsibilities
- Greet and approach customers, providing personalized assistance and recommendations.
- Actively engage customers and showcase products to drive sales.
- Achieve personal sales goals while supporting team objectives.
- Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions and encourage purchases.
- Restock and organize merchandise as directed to maintain an attractive store environment.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously.
- Provide outstanding service to support customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow cash handling and loss prevention procedures.
- Accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges using the POS system.
- Follow safety protocols and report injuries, hazards, and incidents to the Seasonal Store Manager immediately.
- Maintain energy and enthusiasm and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Follow dress code standards and wear the provided apron at all times.
- Complete assigned training courses and materials.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Seasonal Store Manager.
