About The Position
The Seasonal Sales Associate is employed by Noor Staffing Group, representing Hickory Farms, and works at Hickory Farms seasonal retail locations. The role delivers customer service, drives sales, and supports a positive shopping experience through proactive customer engagement, product knowledge, and efforts toward personal and team sales goals. Associates work independently while maintaining professionalism, enthusiasm, and high service standards. This seasonal position includes a 30% discount on Hickory Farms products. It is not eligible for medical or other company-sponsored benefits unless required by applicable state or federal laws. Pay is $14.25–$15.25 per hour. Local travel to other store locations may be required when additional associates are needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Integrity and honesty in all interactions.
- Positive attitude and proactive approach to customer concerns.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of ownership, dependability, and initiative.
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and perform continuous movement, walking, reaching, grasping, lifting, and repetitive motions.
- Ability to exert up to 42 lbs. of force occasionally, 25–35 lbs. frequently, and up to 10 lbs. constantly to move objects.

- Previous retail experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, offer personalized assistance and recommendations, and actively showcase products to drive sales.
- Achieve personal sales goals while supporting team objectives.
- Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions and encourage purchases.
- Restock and organize merchandise to maintain an attractive store environment.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and courteously and provide service that supports customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow cash-handling and loss-prevention policies and accurately process sales, returns, and exchanges using the POS system.
- Follow safety protocols and immediately report injuries, hazards, and incidents to the Seasonal Store Manager.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining energy and enthusiasm.
- Follow dress code standards and wear the provided apron at all times.
- Complete assigned training courses and materials.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Seasonal Store Manager.
- Travel locally to other store locations if additional Sales Associates are needed.
