About The Position

As a Sales Associate at LOFT, you serve as a brand ambassador, building authentic connections with customers and guiding their shopping journeys through personalized styling recommendations. You help maintain an inviting and attractive store by keeping merchandise organized and properly placed on the sales floor. Working with your team, you create personalized customer experiences and support the store’s welcoming environment. The role includes sharing product knowledge, using available technology to support seamless omnichannel shopping, maintaining visual and operational standards, and partnering with store leaders to meet individual goals and daily expectations. The position is regular, part-time, at the Annapolis Mall store in Annapolis, Maryland. The listed pay range is $15.00–$18.75 per hour.

Requirements

Bring a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers.
Have flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Be proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
Take initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
