About The Position

We are looking for a full-time Sales Associate at the Oakville Place location, at 240 Leighland Ave, Oakville, ON L6H 3H6. The role provides friendly, hospitable, and efficient customer service, supports sales and point-of-sale transactions, and helps maintain and merchandise the shop. The associate works collaboratively with the team while taking initiative independently and following health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in Canada.

• Ability to lift merchandise weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Hands-on experience with POS transactions.

• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they enter the shop, ask whether they need assistance, and provide friendly, hospitable, and efficient help.
• Operate the cash register and process cash and credit card payments.
• Straighten, arrange, stock, and dust merchandise; maintain shelving areas as directed by management; and participate in designing displays in windows and on tables.
• Follow health and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
