About The Position
At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well.” We are seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our NYC 6th Avenue store team. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional customer service, turning every store visit into a memorable shopping experience. You will greet customers warmly, offer expert product advice, and ensure a smooth and friendly checkout process. Comprehensive training will be provided to enhance your knowledge of menswear styling, measuring, and creating polished looks. In addition to sales, you will participate in general store operations, including restocking and handling shipments, to maintain the store's appearance.
Requirements
- Customer Service experience is essential.
- Previous retail leadership experience is required.
- Must have work authorization to work in person within the United States.
