About The Position

Warby Parker is seeking a well-rounded Sales Advisor to provide exceptional service to customers and help make glasses shopping a positive experience. Advisors contribute to the success of retail locations through customer interactions, process ideation and improvement, and special projects. They represent Warby Parker’s values and brand philosophy, share product knowledge and style advice, and help create an inclusive, customer-focused environment.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience in a service-minded environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
• Organized, attentive, and detail-oriented.
• Not listed on the Office of Inspector General’s List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
