About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider to patients from birth through the lifecycle, using the nursing process in accordance with Piedmont Healthcare’s mission and vision. The LPN works within the scope of their license and the organization’s policies and procedures, and demonstrates professional growth and accountability. The role guides ancillary staff and collaborates with other healthcare professionals to provide quality nursing care. It combines compassion and caring with appropriate technological competency to deliver holistic patient care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an LPN program.
- Current Georgia LPN license or NLC/eNLC multistate license.
- BLS certification required.
- New graduates of an accredited nursing school are eligible.
Responsibilities
