About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its BOSS Outlet in Gilroy. The role represents the brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The Sales Associate serves customers, drives personal sales, supports store operations and management, and follows health, safety, and local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service using effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Drive business with the merchant group.
