About The Position

Shoe Palace is seeking Retail Sales Associates to help deliver a strong customer experience and support sales at its Gilroy, California location. Associates create an enjoyable shopping experience, help keep the store clean and organized, and work in a team-oriented retail environment. The role involves active work, including running around and climbing ladders. Candidates should be outgoing, interested in fashion and shoes, motivated to work hard, and comfortable interacting with customers. This is a seasonal, part-time position paying $17.95 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old, or at least 16 with appropriate work permits.
