About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its sales team. The Sales Associate / Jewelry Consultant provides a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise and explaining product features and benefits, and sharing information about extended service plans and financing options. The role includes meeting individual and team sales goals. The position offers a base pay of $16.90–$25.60 plus sales commission; the final rate is based on experience and qualifications.

• Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
