About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time team members for its Sales Team. The role is responsible for providing customers with a superior experience and helping them celebrate life and express love. Team members build relationships with customers, learn what they need and want, present merchandise and explain product features and benefits, provide information about extended service plans and financing, and work toward individual and team sales goals. The position offers base pay plus sales commission, with the final pay rate based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

A desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
A positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities
