About The Position

Kay Jewelers Outlet is hiring seasonal, part-time, and full-time Sales Associates / Jewelry Consultants. As part of the Sales Team, you provide a superior experience to customers by understanding their needs, presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, sharing information about service plans and financing, and working toward individual and team sales goals. The role focuses on helping customers celebrate important moments and express love through jewelry.

Requirements

Desire to help customers celebrate special moments in their lives.
Strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience.
Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Positive, customer-focused approach to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Strong communication and relational skills.

Responsibilities

Base pay of $16.90–$24.60 plus commission on sales; final pay rate depends on experience and qualifications.
