About The Position

As a Sales Associate at America's Best, part of National Vision, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals. You will help customers select eyewear suited to their lifestyle, prescription, and budget; dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training where permitted by state law; and educate customers about eyewear and contact lens care. You will also maintain accurate customer and patient records, communicate order status, answer incoming calls, keep the store clean and organized and visually merchandised to brand standards, and support inventory control and loss prevention. Other duties may be assigned. In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials, and duties and work practices may vary to meet those requirements. Stores are closed every Sunday.

Requirements

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced work environment.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
