About The Position

The Sales Associate serves as a brand ambassador for HUGO BOSS and helps deliver an exceptional shopping experience. The role showcases the brand through merchandise presentations and supports operational strategies that contribute to positive operating profits. Associates provide customer service, build client relationships, support store presentation and housekeeping, and complete sales and register responsibilities.

Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent and self-motivated, with attention to detail and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A high level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor of Science college degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with customers, the merchant group, and others to solve problems.
Drive personal sales through relationship selling, client-base development, and exemplary customer service.
Maintain awareness of product knowledge, merchandise lines, promotions, and advertisements.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, public relations events, and advertising opportunities.
Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at point-of-sale registers.
Assist with merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
Follow and execute company policies, procedures, and practices, including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
